Sliced Bitter Gourd – 1 Cup
Chopped Onion – 1
Tamarind Water – ¼ Cup
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
To Temper
Oil – 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – ¼ tsp
Cumin Seeds – ¼ tsp
Bengal Gram – 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 2
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add the tempering ingredients and saute it for few seconds.
Add chopped onions and fry for few minutes. Then add slices of bitter gourd pieces.
Put chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well. Then add tamarind water and close the lid then keep cook well.
Then switch off the flame and serve with variety rice or curd rice.
