Peanut Salad

This is simple and healthy salad. I love peanuts. You can add any of your favorite vegetables.  Enjoy this yummy and delicious salad 😊

Ingredients

Cooked Peanuts – 1 Cup

Finely Chopped Carrots – ¼ Cup

Finely Chopped Onion – 3 tsp

Finely Chopped Fried Nuts - 3 tsp

Chopped Cilantro – 2 tsp

Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Salt to taste

Ground Pepper to taste

Method

Take a clean mixing bowl. Add cooked peanuts, carrots, onion, fried nuts, and cilantro then mix well.

Add lemon juice, salt, freshly ground pepper powder. Then toss well and eat this healthy salad.
