Veggie Burger

This is a healthy and high fiber veggie burger.  I have prepared veggie patties with some of few vegetables.
This goes well with ketchup, hot sauce and ranch.
Ingredients
Boiled Corn Kernels – ½ cup
Diced Mushrooms – 5
Minced Garlic – 2 cloves
Diced Bell Pepper – ½
Diced Onions – 2
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Grated Carrot – 1(Medium)
Grated Potato – 1 (Medium)
Grated Tofu – ¼ cup
Bread Crumbs – ½ cup
Salt and Pepper taste
Oil – 2 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
Method
In a blender add tofu with ½ tsp of milk then grind it till creamy and set aside.
In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, onions and bell peppers then fry for few minutes.
Add garlic and fry for another one minute. Now add grated carrots, potato, tofu, salt and pepper.
Saute it for few minutes then switch off the flame. Now add bread crumbs and mix well and till the mixture holds together.
Shape the mixture into patties and refrigerate for at least one hour.
In a dosa tawa, heat oil and cook each patty until the veggie burgers are done about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Keep this patti inside the buns. Then add grated cheese, ketch up or ranch and top of this patti.
