Tangy Masaledar Aloo (Tangy Masala Potato Fry)

This is simple and easy dish. Tangy masaledar aloo has a mix of different spices in it. This makes this dish as more delicious and perfect treat. This goes well with any meal/ roti/chapatti.

Ingredients
Aloo (boiled and cubed) – 3 (Medium)
Crushed Coriander Seeds – 2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Flakes – 2 tsp
Chat Masala – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Sugar – a pinch
Hing – a pinch
Salt to taste
Oil – 3 tsp
Method
In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin seeds, hing and fry for a min. Then add the boiled and cubed aloo pieces and fry for a min.

Add the crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, red chilli flakes, chat masala, salt, sugar and saute for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Mix well and keep fry on low flame until the masalas get coated well with potatoes.
Then switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
