Malvani Fish Fry

Malvani Fish Fry is one of the delicious dishes. It is very popular in Malvani region of the western coast of India. 

This is an amazing dish with an aromatic masala applied on fish pieces deeply and fried in oil. It is very famous dish in Goa and Maharashtra.
This goes well with any steamed rice, biryani or fried rice…

Ingredients
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Rice Flour – ½ cup
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
(To marinate)
Fish Pieces – 6
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 3 tsp
Oil for deep dry
Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl, add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and then mix well with fish pieces and marinate this for about an hour.
In another bowl, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt then mix well.
Apply this masala evenly in fish pieces. Roll them in rice flour.
Heat oil in a pan; fry the fish pieces until get brownish on both sides.
Then keep it in a separate bowl. Use paper towel to remove the excess oil.
Serve hot with any meal with lime!!!
