Chilli Egg Stir Fry (Chineese Style)

It’s another simple and spicy dish. This should be prepared without adding any extra masala powders. It is very easy to make recipe with great taste.
CHILLI EGG STIR FRY

This chilli egg fry goes well with biryani/pulav/fried rice/kuzhambu sadam/variety rice/curd rice

Ingredients
Boiled Eggs – 4
Chopped Onions – 1 cup
Sliced Green Chilli – 15
Chopped Capsicum – ¼ cup
Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp
Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed Ginger Garlic – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Method

Remove the outer layer of egg and cut into two halves

In a kadai, heat oil. Add the onion, salt and saute for till it becomes soft. Add the green chillies, capsicum and crushed ginger and garlic then saute on a medium flame for a min.

Now add the tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli sauce and toss well. Finally add the slit eggs, salt and pepper powder and sauté well, till the eggs are coated with the sauces and pepper.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
