Ingredients
Onions- 3 (medium)
Tomatoes - 2 (medium)
Coriander Leaves- 1/2 cup

Mustard Seeds-1/2 tsp
Urad Dal- 1/2 tsp
Dried Red Chilli - 2
Hing- a pinch

Oil – 2 tsp
Method:
Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add the channa dal and fry for a min. Then add green chillies, chopped onions and fry until translucent.

Now add the finely chopped tomatoes and
tamarind to it and cook till tomatoes are mushy.
Finally
add the fresh coriander leaves and let it cook for a minute. Remove
from the flame and allow it to cool.
Add salt and grind it as a smooth paste. Transfer the chutney into a bowl and set aside.
Heat a teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add the ingredients which are under “to temper” one by one and saute it for few sec.
