Thinly Sliced Onion – 1 (big)
Chopped Beans – 1 Cup
Chopped Lettuce – 2 Cup
Beaten Eggs – 3
Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Finely Chopped Garlic – 5
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped
garlic, onions with little salt and fry for few minutes.
Then add chopped beans, lettuce
and fry for few minutes.
In a bowl, beat eggs with little
salt and pepper. Then pour the egg mix into the lettuce and mix well.
Cook for 3 minutes and switch off
the flame. Then serve this yummy, healthy dish with ranch or sauce.
