It's a simple and colorful veggie omlette. Easy to prepare. And this healthy side dish for everyone.
Ingredients
Eggs – 2
Finely Chopped Onions – ¼ cup
Finely Chopped Tomatoes – ¼ cup
Finely Chopped Carrot - 2 tsp
Finely Chopped Cabbage - 2 tsp
Chopped cilantro – 3 tsp
Chopped Garlic & Ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped Grapes (to garnish)
Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Crushed Pepper – 1/4tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Chilli Powder – a pinch
Ghee - 1 tsp
Oregano – a pinch
Oil – 1 tsp
Method
In a pan, heat oil. Break the eggs and pour it. Add Salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, chilli powder and spread on the top of the eggs.
Now add chopped onions, ginger and garlic, chopped tomatoes, carrots, cabbage and cilantro and close the lid. Sprinkle some oil if it’s really needed.
Add 1 tsp of ghee on top of the omlette. Don't turn into other side. You can use the lid to cook the veggies completely.
Then switch of the flame and garnish with chopped grapes.
