Lemon Sauced Garlic Tilapia with Spinach
Recently I went to an Italian restaurant; there I have tasted this dish. So I thought of preparing in my kitchen. I liked the taste but only consideration is less spicy. Yesterday I made this yummy dish. So I have added spicier by using extra pepper powder. 

We liked the dish except my hubby. Normally he doesn’t the like continental dishes. So me and my son had everything fully and satisfied with a new dish.
Ingredients

 Tilapia – 10 Fillets
 Spinach – 1 bunch
 Chopped Onions – ¼ cup
 Chopped Tomatoes – 1
 Chopped Parsley – ¼ cup
 Butter – 3 tsp
 Lemon Juice – 1
 Lemon zest - 1
 Chopped Garlic – 10 pods
 Chopped Green Chilli – 2
 Pepper Powder– 3 tsp
 Olive Oil – 5 tsp
 Salt to taste
 Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
 Italian Seasoning – 1 tsp

Method

Wash and clean the fish fillets and dry with paper towels keep it aside.

In a bowl add pepper powder, salt and 1 tsp of olive oil and mix it well. Let it be for 30 min.

In a pan, add little oil and toast the fish fillets cook until it gets golden brown in both sides.

Repeat the same process for all fillets.

In a pan, heat butter. Add finely chopped garlic and saute it for few min. Add chopped green chilli.

Then add lemon zest and lemon juice. Add olive oil and whisk it.

In another pan heat olive oil, add spinach with garlic powder, salt, Italian seasoning, pepper and toss it for few min.

In a plate add the lemon sauce and spinach. Then place the fish fillets on top of it. Garnish with chopped parsley and tomato.
