Bell Pepper Fritter

It is very nice and quick appetizer. It's the perfect evening time snack especially for rainy or winter season. It should be little spicy. When you give it to kids, you can give a combo with tomato ketch up. They'll definitely like it.
This goes very well with hot masala tea/coffee.
