Methi Khakhara is crispy flat bread. It is a popular snack in Gujarat. This is the very first time I prepared this snack. When I tasted this dish outside, I thought it’s difficult to make at home. But now I realized, this is not like that.

To prepare this dish, I have used only few ingredients. It is easy to prepare and crispy too. My son asked me to prepare any snack. Then I have decided to make this. Finally it came out very well. We loved it.

Here is the recipe. Enjoy!!!
