Ingredients
Chopped and Cubes Fish Fillets – 2Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Butter as required
To saute
Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
Finely chopped Curry Leaves – few
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves - few
Method
In a bowl, add cubed fish fillets. Then add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it for at least 1 to 2 hours.
In a pan, heat butter. Add fennel seeds, chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves. Saute it for few seconds.
Add the marinated fish fillets and fry well. Once it cooked
well then serve with chopped onions.
