Ingredients
Boiled Peanut
– 1 cupFinely Chopped Onion – 1 (big)
Finely Chopped Tomato – 1 (big)
Finely Chopped Ginger & Garlic – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Mint Leaves – 1 tsp
Kashmir Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Grated Cheese – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Butter – 1 tsp
Method
In a pan, heat butter. Add chopped ginger and garlic, then saute it for few min.
Now add
chopped onions and fry well. Then add chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Add tomatoes
and saute it well till it becomes mushy.
Now add
cooked peanuts, salt and chilli powder and mix well.
Finally add
grated cheese and serve hot!
