Kiwi Green Tea Mousse is simply and easy dessert recipe. In this dish, kiwi syrup is mixed with beaten egg whites and whipping cream.
Ingredients
For Gelatin Mix
Gelatin Powder - 1 tbsp
Water - 3 tbsp
For Kiwi Syrup
Scooped Kiwi - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 Cup
Water - 1 Cup
Gelatin Mix
For Kiwi Mouse
Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
Green Tea - 1/4 tsp
Egg Whites - 2
Chopped Kiwi- 1/2 Cup

Method
Take a blender, add the scooped kiwi fruits. Grind it as fine paste and keep aside.
In a small bowl add water and gelatin powder. Give a nice mix and keep it aside for 10 mins.
Heat a pan. Add the kiwi paste into it. Then add brown sugar and water.
Mix well, and bring it to boil. You have to make sure it doesn’t have any lumps.
Once it done, add the gelatin mix into it. Keep stirring it and bring it to boil or until it gets thickens.
Switch off the flame and let it cool down completely.
Transfer little amount of kiwi syrup into mousse glass. Refrigerate until it sets well.
Take two egg whites in a bowl. Beat well until gets thick foam and keep aside.
Add fresh cream in another bowl. Beat well and keep aside.
Keep everything ready. Let’s prepare the mousse.
In the beaten cream bowl, add kiwi syrup, green tea and condensed milk, then mix it well. Kiwi mix is ready.
Add egg white foam and mix well using cut and fold method. Don’t beat harder. Soft and smooth mix will make the mousse softer and good consistency.
Kiwi mousse mix is ready and keep aside.
Take kiwi syrup filled mousse glasses and decorate with kiwi slices.
Let’s start plating and serve the chilled mouse.
