Ingredients
For Betel Mousse
Betel Juice - 2 tbsp
Cream Cheese - 2 tbsp
Mascarpone Cheese /Greek Yogurt - 2 tbsp
Fresh Cream - 1 Cup
Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup
For Strawberry Compote
Chopped Strawberries - 1/2 Cup
Honey - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
For Crackling Betel Leaf
Thinly Sliced Betel Leaf - 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Oil - as required

Method
For Betel Juice
In a blender add 4 to 5 betel leaves along with little water and grind it plaster. Then filter it and keep aside.
For Betel Leaf Mousse
Take cream cheese in a pan. Add Greek yogurt and fresh cream, then beat well.
Once it done, add brown sugar and betel leaf juice. Beat well.
Add the mousse into serving bowl. Refrigerate this until gets set well.
After refrigerate the betel mousse
For Crackling Betel Leaf
In a bowl add chopped betel leaves. Add corn flour and mix well. Remove the excess amount of corn flour and keep aside.
Heat required oil in a pan. Add the marinated betel leaves and fry in oil.
Once it’s ready, take it out and keep it in a plate. Remove excess oil by using paper towel and keep aside.
Take the fried betel leaves in a bowl. Add sugar and roasted mixed nuts powder, then mix well and keep aside.
For Strawberry Compote
Heat a pan, add chopped strawberries. Then pour a tsp of honey. Saut├й it for 2 minutes and keep aside.
