Crème Brûlée is a classic French Dessert, that looks great and yummy 😋 . It’s very simple to prepare. My kids loved it.
Ingredients
For Crème Brûlée
Fresh Cream - 3/4 Cup
Coconut Milk - 1/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Egg Yolks - 2
Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup
For Chocolate Coconut Balls
Desiccated Coconut - 3/4 Cup
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Method
In a mixing bowl, take egg yolks. Add vanilla essence, brown sugar and beat well.
Heat a saucepan. Add fresh cream and coconut milk.
Combine well. Heat the milk until small bubbles come out. Do not boil the milk.
Once it’s done, turn off heat. Add the hot milk into beaten egg mix and mix well.
Add the beaten milk into ramekin bowls.
If you do not have ramekin bowls use oven safe bowls.
Take a baking tray. Place the filled ramekin bowls.
Add 3/4 leveled hot water into baking tray and make it should not get into ramekin bowls.
Bake the ramekin bowls in oven for 350 Deg F about 45 minutes.
Once it done, let’s cool down completely and cover with foil sheets.
Then cover with foil sheets.
Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
Let’s open and see
Added 1 tbsp of sugar into each ramekin bowls.
After adding sugar you can use two methods like torch or broil. Or else you can carame
For Prepare Chocolate Coconut Balls
Heat a saucepan. Add milk, corn flour and sugar. Mix well until gets thickens.
Make sure it doesn’t have any lumps. Stir well until gets thick consistency.
Take desiccated coconut into a bowl. Add the milk mix into it.
Grease your hands with ghee. Make round shaped coconut balls.
Take chocolate sauce. Add the coconut balls and dip it into chocolate sauce.
Then refrigerate it for an hour or until it sets well.
Add the vanilla cream on top of it.
Then place the chocolate balls in crème Brûlée.
