Ingredients
For Base Layer
Biscuits (Lotus) - 8
Butter - 2 Tbsp
For Green Chilly Mango Paste
Boiled Green Chilly ( seeds removed) - 1
Mango Paste - 1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar - 1/3 Cup
For Gelatin Mix
Warm Water - 2 tbsp
Gelatin Powder - 1 tsp
For Cake Mix
Fresh Cream - 1/4 Cup
Cream Cheese - 2 tbsp
Green Chilly Mango Paste
Gelatin Mix
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
For Topping
Chopped Mangoes - few
Green Chilly - 1

Method
In a blender, add 8 pieces of biscuits. Grind it as fine powder. Then transfer this into plate.
Add melted butter and mix well.
Once it’s done transfer it into serving bowl. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes.
In a blender add boiled green chilly, brown sugar and mango paste.
In a small bowl, take 2 tbsp of warm water and add a tsp of gelatin powder. Mix well and keep aside.
In a bowl take 2 tbsp of cream cheese. Add fresh cream and beat well.
Then add gelatin mix, green chilly mango paste, vanilla essence and beat well.
Add the cake mix in to of base layer. Refrigerate until it sets well.
Add toppings and serve 😊
