Ingredients
Chicken ( Washed & Cleaned) - 1/2 kg
Sliced Onion - 2
Salt - little
For Green Chilly Paste
Green Chilly - 6
Chopped Onion - 1 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt/ Curd - 1/4 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
To Temper
Oil - 2 tbsp
Whole Garam Masala - little
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Green Chilly (Slit) - 4

Method
For Masala Paste
Take a blender, add green chilly, onion, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, fennel seeds, turmeric powder, salt, curd, lemon juice. Grind it as fine paste and keep aside.
In a bowl, add 1/2 kg chicken. Add the ground masala and mix well. Refrigerate 30 mins to 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, whole Garam masala, green chilly, current leaves and fry for a min.
Add sliced onions along with required salt and fry until it changes in color.
Once it’s done, add the marinated chicken pieces and mix well.
Chicken cooked well and serve with steamed white rice.
