Soya chunks 65 is a delicious starter dish made with nutritious soya chunks. It is rich in bean protein which is very healthy food that can be added as a side dish to pulao, ghee rice, fried rice, curd rice, lemon rice, etc. my kids love this dishes. Hope you’ll also try and enjoy well.
Ingredients
Soya Chunks - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Rice flour - 2 tsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp
Garamond Masala - 1/2 tsp
Fresh ground pepper- 1/2 tsp
Yogurt- 2 tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 tsp
Oil for fry
Method
Bring water to boil, add soya chunks and cook it until get softened
Then drain the excess water and squeeze it.
In a mixing bowl, add the remaining ingredients one by one and mix it well.
Add the soya chunks in the batter and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, add the soya chunks and fry well. Once it done, serve with Chilli tomato sauce.
