Ingredients
Chicken – ½
kg
Chopped
Drumstick – 2 cups
Chopped
Potato – 1 cup

Ginger Garlic – 2 tsp

Green Chilli – 10

Onions – 2 cups
Chopped
Tomato – 1 cup
Chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
Oil – 3 tsp
To Temper

Vadagam
Curry
Leaves – few
For Dry Roast & Grind
Fennel
Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds
– 1 tsp
Peppercorn –
1 tsp
Dry Red
Chilli – 2
Coriander
Seeds – 1 tsp
Method
Clean and wash
the chicken and chop it into small pieces.
In a kadai,
heat oil. Add crushed ginger garlic and saute it for few sec.
Add
chillies and saute it for few sec.
Then add
chopped onions and fry till it becomes mushy.
Add chicken
pieces with enough salt and saute it for few min.
Add chopped
drumstick and potato pieces then fry well.
Add the
chopped tomatoes and enough water then close the lid.
Heat a pan,
and dry roast the ingredients which are under for dry roast and grind then make
it as powder.
Then add
into this chicken curry. Mix it well. Then add chopped coriander leaves.
Let it cook
for another 10 min.
Heat oil in pan, add vengaya vadagam and curry leaf and let it be for few seconds.
Then add this tempering items into chicken curry and mix well. Then switch off the flame.
