Crispy Fried Paneer

 Crispy Fried Paneer Paneer fry recipe a quick, easy yet delicious fry using paneer and spices.



Ingredients 

Cubed Paneer - 1 Cup 

Bread Crumbs - 1/4 Cup 

Corn Flour - 1/4 Cup 

Chilli Powder  - 2 tbsp 

Garam Masala - 1 tbsp 

Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp 

Yogurt - 1/4 Cup 

Oil - 1/2 Cup 

Salt to taste 

Method 

In a clean bowl add corn flour, chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, yogurt, salt along with little water and then mix everything well.

Add the cubed paneer pieces into masala bowl and mix well. 

Finally coat the paneer pieces in bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan. Add the paneer pieces and fry well.

Once it’s done, flip it into other side. Fry for a min and remove the fried items and keep it aside.

Pan Fried Fish ЁЯРЯ| Fried Tilapia

 

Pan fried fish is one of those things that’s so good and quick. The fillets fry up perfectly cooked inside, with a beautiful golden crust. The flour coating fries up crisp and light golden brown, while the inside stays moist, tender, and flaky.


Ingredients 

Fish Fillets - 8 

All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup

Eggs - 2 

Bread Crumbs - 1/2 Cup

Salt to taste 

Ground Pepper - 2 tbsp 

Paprika Powder - 2 tbsp 

Onion Powder - 1 tbsp 

Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp 



Method 

Bowl 1

Take a bowl. Add all purpose flour, paprika powder, onion powder, ground pepper, garlic powder, salt and mix well.

Bowl 2

Break two eggs in another bowl and beat well. Then keep it aside.

Bowl 3

Take half cup of bread crumbs in another bowl. 

Wash and clean the fish fillets, and keep it in another bowl.

Coat fish fillets in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a skillet. Gently set coated fix in hot oil and fry until golden brown color. Flip it into other side.

When the fish is evenly golden, all over, remove and drain it.

Chickpea Broccoli Masala Curry

Chickpeas contain a moderate amount of calories and several vitamins and minerals. They’re also a good source of fiber and protein. Broccoli is a rich source of multiple vitamins, minerals and fiber. Eating broccoli may lower blood sugar and improve diabetic control. This may affect the vegetable’s nutrient composition, but broccoli is a healthy addition to your diet whether cooked or raw.


Ingredients

Broccoli - 3 Cups 

Cooked Chickpea - 1 Cup

Diced Onion - 2 Cups 

Chopped Tomato - 1 Cup 

Crushed Garlic - 6 pods 

Grated Ginger -  2 tbsp 

Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp 

Salt - as required 

For Masala 

Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp 

Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp

Dry Red Chilli - 6

Cloves - 8

Cinnamon Sticks - 3

For Paste

Cashew - 1/3 Cup

Water - 1 Cup 

Method 

For Paste

Heat a skillet/pan. Add cashew nuts and dry roast well on low flame. Then transfer this into mixie jar. Let it cool down completely and grind it as fine paste along with water.

For Masala 

In the pan, dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilli, cinnamon sticks and cloves on low flame. Once it’s done let it cool down and grind it as fine fine paste. Masala is ready for the curry.

Chickpea Broccoli Curry 

Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic, grated ginger and chopped  

In a medium pan, heat oil, and saut├й onions with garlic, ginger for 2 minutes, until onions are translucent.

Add turmeric, salt,  and ground spice mix and continue to saut├й for 2 minutes.

Then add tomato and cook until it becomes mushy.

Reduce heat to low and stir in the cashew liquid. Simmer for 2 minutes before adding the tomatoes.

Slowly continue to heat the curry for at least 5 minutes. 

Add the broccoli florets. Stir and simmer just until the broccoli is tender.

Serve over rice, garnished with parsley/cilantro.

Paneer Sweet Pepper Fry ЁЯМ╢ |

The paneer Sweet Pepper Fry is prepared with chunky capsicum and onion pieces saut├йed in a tomato-based masala and paneer cubes added to it. 



Paneer is generally a favourite in any household. Any delicious paneer starter is a super hit, especially among children. This spicy & juicy paneer is generally popular among the vegetarians all over the world. 


The soft paneer along with crunchy sweet pepper and onions cooked in a mouth-watering tomato paste spices up with splashes of masalas, making this dish a treat to the eyes and stomach. This is best served with roti, naan or rice.

Ingredients 

For Tomato Sauce (Ground Masala)

Tomato - 3
Water - 1 liter 
Garlic - 8 cloves 
Dry Red Chilli - 8
Salt - as required 

To Saut├й Paneer 

Oil - 3 tbsp 
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp 
Cubed Red Onion - 1/2 Cup 
Cubed Sweet Pepper (red)ЁЯМ╢ - 1/2 Cup
Cubed Sweet Pepper (yellow) - 1/2 Cup
Cubed Sweet Pepper (orange) - 1/2 Cup
Kasoori Methi Leaves - 1 tbsp 


Method 

For Tomato Sauce 

Heat a saucepan, bring water to boil. Add tomatoes and close lid and cook well.

Once it done, switch off the flame. Then transfer the tomatoes into a bowl. Add cold water and peel the skins.

In a mixie jar, add peeled tomatoes , garlic, dry red chilly along with salt then grind it as smooth paste. Let it keep aside.

To Saut├й Paneer 

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, let’s crack it then add cubed onions and fry for about 2 minutes or until gets golden brown color.

Add yellow sweet pepper, orange sweet pepper and red sweet pepper then saut├й it well.

Now add the tomato sauce (ground masala) and mix well. Let’s cook for few minutes.

And then add cubed paneer and mix well, close lid and cook for 2 minutes.

Once it done, add kasoori methi leaves and give a nice coating and cook for 1 more minute, then switch off the flame.

That’s it, another simple, yummy and tasty paneer sweet pepper fry is ready to serve with roti, chapatti, fried rice, ghee rice etc…

Pepper Fish Fry

It’s a simple, yummy, tasty, spicy and tangy fish fry recipe. Fish fry is a favorite dish among all age groups. It can be served as a side dish to a meal or as an appetizer. In this dish, fish is marinated well with ground masala and fried in oil. Finally it saut├йed well with onion garlic sauce.




Ingredients 

Fish Fillets - 8 

Oil - 1/4 Cup

For Ground Masala 

Red Onion (Chopped) - 1/2

Chopped Tomato (medium) - 1

Garlic - 6 pods 

Chopped Ginger (small) - 4

Curry Leaves - few

Dry Red Chilly - 4

Peppercorn - 1 tbsp 

Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 

Salt to taste 

To Saut├й 

Finely Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp 

Finely Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp 

Curry Leaves - few

Soy Sauce - 1 tsp 

Ground Pepper - 1 tbsp 

Salt - little 

Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp 



Method 

In a blender, add the ingredients which are under for “ground masala “ then grind it as fine paste.

In a bowl, add washed and cleaned fish fillets. 

Apply the ground masala and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Add fish fillets and fry well on both sides until gets golden brown in color. Once it done, then keep it aside. 

To Saut├й Tilapia 

In the same pan, heat another tbsp of oil and add chopped garlic, onion, curry leaves, ground pepper, salt & soy sauce and mix well.

Then add the fried fish fillets and saut├й it well. Let’s fry for about 2 minutes. 

Simple, yummy and tasty fish fry is ready to serve.
