Pan fried fish is one of those things that’s so good and quick. The fillets fry up perfectly cooked inside, with a beautiful golden crust. The flour coating fries up crisp and light golden brown, while the inside stays moist, tender, and flaky.
Ingredients
Fish Fillets - 8
All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
Eggs - 2
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Ground Pepper - 2 tbsp
Paprika Powder - 2 tbsp
Onion Powder - 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp
Method
Bowl 1
Take a bowl. Add all purpose flour, paprika powder, onion powder, ground pepper, garlic powder, salt and mix well.
Bowl 2
Break two eggs in another bowl and beat well. Then keep it aside.
Bowl 3
Take half cup of bread crumbs in another bowl.
Wash and clean the fish fillets, and keep it in another bowl.
Coat fish fillets in flour, then egg, and then bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a skillet. Gently set coated fix in hot oil and fry until golden brown color. Flip it into other side.
When the fish is evenly golden, all over, remove and drain it.
