Ingredients
Cooked Macaroni - 2 Cups / 250g
Finely Chopped Onion - 1/2 Cup
Finely Chopped Green Capsicum - 1/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Red Capsicum - 1/4 Cup
Salt to taste
Finely Chopped Cilantro - 1/2 Cup
Salsa Con Queso - 2 tbsp
For Egg Mix
Eggs - 2
Paprika Powder/Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Italian Seasoning - 1/2 tbsp
Method
Break two eggs in a bowl. Add required salt, paprika powder, Italian seasoning and beats everything well. Once it’s done, keep aside.
Heat a pan, melt butter. Add finely chopped onion, green and red capsicum, and sauté it well.
Add required salt and chopped coriander leaves, then give a nice mix.
At this stage, add cooked macaroni pasta and mix well. Drop the egg mix and sauté it for few minutes.
Add salsa con Queso dip and mix well. Then add Parmesan cheese and switch off the flame.
Serve yummy and delicious salsa dip Mac and cheese pasta is ready to serve!
