Ingredients
Yogurt – 4 tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 25
Chicken – 1 kg (Washed and Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
All Purpose Flour/Maida – 2 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for fry
Curry Leaves – Few
Sliced Green Chilli – 3
Method
In a blender, add yogurt, salt and dry red chilli. Let it be for 15 minutes, then grind it as fine paste.
In a bowl, add chicken pieces, yogurt chilli sauce, ginger
garlic paste and mix well. Let it be for 2 hours.
Heat a kadai, add oil. Once it is ready, fry the marinated chicken pieces. While frying add curry leaves and sliced green chilli.

Then keep it in a paper towel. Serve hot the crispy chicken
