Arisi Paruppu Sadam

Arisi Paruppu Sadam is one of the famous recipe from Coimbatore. This is really simple to prepare and taste great. In this dish, soaked rice and dhal is sautéed with some Indian spices along with onion tomato gravy and cooked in pressure cooker with all time favorite ghee (melted butter 🧈)😜

I never heard and tasted this dish until came up with the name through my US friend Krithi (She’s basically from Coimbatore). Try this recipe and share your opinion😊
